A changed world needs a gospel-movement. That movement requires a new perspective on the old paradigm. It’s time to imagine your network through a whole new light.

If churches and church leaders don’t make a significant shift in both paradigm and practice, churches will continue to decrease in size, influence, and kingdom impact. Too many churches are attempting to grow into tomorrow using the strategies of yesterday.

At the same time, many networks and denominations struggle to deliver consistent value to the churches and church leaders they serve. The financial support structures that supply denominations and networks are primarily based upon the perceived value the church and its leaders receive from being connected to the larger entity. When that perceived value is low, more and more churches are reducing the funds they send to their denomination and increasing the funds they send to other affinity groups outside of their faith tribe.

Some churches are operating on a model developed in the past, and many denominations and networks are functioning in the same way. Both the denomination and network levels must begin to imagine their future through a new light to reignite the gospel-power and turn their network into a movement that shines with greater clarity.

That’s why The Prism Process exists: We want to help churches, networks, and denominations filter the light of their movement through new lenses so that the church in North America will shine brighter for Jesus together and empower every network to greater gospel-impact.
