Chris Reinolds
FOUNDER
Chris Reinolds is a strategist, consultant, and leadership developer with more than two decades of experience helping organizations move from confusion to clarity and from good intentions to executable plans. His work spans nonprofit leadership, denominational networks, and mission-driven organizations, with a particular focus on the leaders who carry the weight of moving people and institutions forward.
What drives Chris is a simple conviction: most organizations already have what they need to take the next step. They just need help seeing it. He specializes in helping leaders cut through the noise of competing priorities, name what is actually true about their current reality, and build a pathway forward that is both realistic and energizing. He is as comfortable in a one-on-one coaching conversation as he is facilitating a roomful of stakeholders through a complex organizational decision.
Chris brings formal training in change management, including Kotter's Advanced Change Management framework, and applies those principles in ways that fit the culture, capacity, and context of each organization he serves. He does not arrive with a pre-packaged answer. He arrives with the right questions.
As founder of The Reinolds Group, Chris partners with Rosalind to provide leadership consulting, strategic planning, organizational coaching, and professional development resources to leaders who want more than generic advice. He has served organizations ranging from small community nonprofits to regional networks, and he brings the same level of care and rigor to each one.
Chris is based in Northeast Florida, where he lives with his wife Rosalind and their five children. Outside of work, he is a writer, a podcaster, and someone who believes strongly that the best leadership happens in relationship, not just in the room.

Rosalind Reinolds
VICE PRESIDENT
Rosalind Reinolds brings over 25 years of corporate tax experience and two decades of entrepreneurial business ownership to The Reinolds Group. She is an accounting and tax subject matter expert with a wide range of real-world business experience that goes well beyond the numbers.
Rosalind's expertise spans full-cycle accounting, tax preparation, and multi-state sales tax compliance. She is a skilled project manager who thrives in complex environments, juggling multiple client engagements with intricate organizational structures, nuanced accounting facts, and layered taxability considerations. She has successfully owned and operated multiple profitable businesses, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build something from the ground up and keep it running.
What sets Rosalind apart is the way she leads. She is people-centric to her core, whether she's building a team or serving a client. She loves identifying roadblocks and moving them out of the way so her teams can do their best work. For Rosalind, the goal is never just getting the job done; it's empowering the people around her to grow in the process.
Rosalind also brings a unique perspective on education and training. As a homeschool educator to her five children, she understands on a deeply personal level that one-size-fits-all doesn't work, not in the classroom and not in the workplace. That experience fuels her passion for creating customized educational and training opportunities for professionals and business teams. She believes that when you invest in people where they actually are and tailor the learning to what they actually need, the results speak for themselves.
At The Reinolds Group, Rosalind leads our accounting services practice and partners with Chris to develop business education and training programs that help local companies strengthen their teams and sharpen their competitive edge. Schedule a Meeting
